The communication with the seller is good. Unfortunately I didn’t have the hair, but is not their fault is the norms on my coutry thats could be expensive. The shipping was very fast like 5 days. Hair come to my house but I get a surprise that I have to pay some taxes because the hair stay in the customs. I refuse to pay. So the hair go back to DHL. The seller give the money back. The seller did her best. And I did my best. I will buy the hair if the shipping is china email plus small, I don’t remember how to write. But I understand thats its not safe. To Portugal could be, but if is in south America could be difficult.
