Before even getting the hair, Solve Hair gave great customer service. They communicated every step of the way of the delivery of my hair. From taking pictures of my bundles before shipment to notifying me where it is and even screenshotting me the tracking page. The hair came in very fast as I received it within 3 days. Straight out of packaging it was very soft and no funny smells. I did my normal treatment (co-wash and sealing wefts) to my bundles before installing and had no shedding and tangling.
