I ordered the hair on 11/17 and received the hair 11/22. The lender is SO nice and very sweet. Shipping was extremely fast. The packaging was very nice and neat. The hair smelled a little processed and when I went to dye it, it was as if there was already black dye in the hair (because the dye I put on it was a bright red but when the hair was processing it ended up being a burgundy) and the two dyes mixed together so this is the brightest I could get it without bleaching it. The hair feels AMAZING and there’s hardly any shedding at all. The frontal was suuuper thick and nice too. 4/5 only because of the hair being processed.
