I am in love with this frontal , I usually just buy from same person and now I tried West Kiss for the first time and I love it , its very soft , a little smell but I just washed it deep conditioned it and the smell was gone nothing too big though . I ordered a 14 inch frontal 2 16 in bundles and a 18 inch i ordered it on Veterans Day (11.11) and received it Wednesday the shipping was very fast , the packaging was also nice and the their customer was amazing . They kept me inform on when i would be receiving my items and they also gave me instruction on how to take care of the hair which is very nice . Hair had a smell but after you wash the smell is gone and the curls are amazing. Will definitely be ordering again , I’ll be making mine into a unit

There was an issue with the frontal they initially sent. I brought it to the attention of the seller responded and exchanged it. i was inconvenienced by having to go to the post office to return it and wait on a better one. the hair is soft and curl pattern . I haven’t installed it as yet. I appreciate the efforts of the seller to solve the problem. communication was always fast and constant.

The hair is soft no smell, always order from West kiss communication is great. Only negative on this order is the density dose not mimic the photos wish it was a bit fuller like advertised however I have enlightened bundles to rebuild it.
