when i got the hair fresh out the package it had NO weird smell and had a soft texture … after i did a normal wash with just shampoo and conditioner the hair was even more soft and the waves fell beautifully … the seller communicated with me before i even reached out to them !!! and they continued regular contact until i confirmed my product was delivered !!! i will be buying again from west kiss

Hair came in a week. I got 16,18,18. The two 18″ bundles are softer than the 16″ but it’s fine. The ends are a bit a dry & there is a slight odd smell to the hair, but I’m sure it’ll come out after the wash. Can’t wait to install, looks great.

The bundle is true to length and full from weft to end! It was soft when it came and even softer after I️ co-washed it! I️ will update after installation but I️ will highly recommend this seller. The communication was amazing and she updated me every step of the buying process.

this hair hardly ever sheds, doesn’t really tangle, and doesn’t need any styling products. I occasionally use a little bit of cereal. my 20 inch frontal was a lot shorter than my 22 inch bundle though

West Kiss has great customer service. I received my hair in a timely fashion. I haven’t gotten the hair installed yet. But I did wash and condition it and so far It’s perfect. There was hardly any shedding (maybe 1-2 strands) when washing it.
