I brought a bundle of 4 16, 18, 20,20 the bundles came in a nice zip lock bag with free lashes and pretty little hair bands. The hair is super soft and gorgeous, no horrible smells, full & with good wefts. Delivery took 8 days and there was a lot of confusion with DHL but to be fair Carri Li kept in constant contact with me answering all my questions very quickly and reassuring me constantly she was fantastic.
