Its soft but not silly soft it’s more of a natural blow out soft. I purchased 3 bundles but I would definitely recommend 4 bundles if you go over 18 inches. I got 24,22,20 and 18 inches frontal, I’ve had the hair installed for about a month now and I’m still happy. The sellers are excellent with their customer service, they checked on me regularly. The first week having the hair installed was wonderful. There was little to no shedding and there was absolutely no tangling since I like to run my hand through my hair a lot, the hair is still wonderful after a month in but I have noticed that it sheds a little more (nothing to really fret about) and a tangles a little bit now.
