This was my first time ordering hair from VIPBeauty. They had excellent customer service and kept me updated with my order. Although I experienced some tiny difficulties they are trying to work out the kinks where they can. Initially the hair was soft and experienced light shedding which was expected. With the hair installed it still remains in tact and the waviness of the hair is good. I do experience tangling here and there but nothing a few brush throughs can’t handle.
