Q1:How many pieces hair for one head?
A1: Below 20 inch,normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head ;above 20inch 4 bundles is better.
Q2:Can I dye it to other color and make other style?
A2: Yes, our hairs are 100% human hairs can be dyed, bleached and permed. However, frequently dyed and permed will do harm on hairs, even destroy hairs. Please do not do this frequently.
Q3:Why there are short hairs on the weft?
A3:When hairs cut from donors ,it is a bundle of long hairs and no weft. A length of hairs need to be fold for sewing weft.That is why there are short hairs by one side. Please don’t worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality.
Q4: Is every strand of hair the same length?
A4:Our hair is 100% human hair, cutting from young donors. As our own hairs, real human hair is not possible to grow the exact same length of every single strand. That is why human hair ends are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider before placing order.
Q5:If i cancel the order ,when will i recieve the money?
A5:It usually takes almost 7 days to process the refund ,you will recieve the money .
Q6:How to measure hair length?
A6:For wavy hair, please stretch it to straight, then make the measurement.

I ordered 3 bundles (22″, 24″ & 26″) and a 20″ 360 frontal. The hair arrived in a timely manner and was packaged beautifully. The hair didn’t have a bad scent and was very soft! I bleached my knots and the frontal was already somewhat plucked but I did my own customization as well. So far there has been minimal tangling and shedding and all it takes is water for it to bounce back to its natural state. Please excuse some of my photos I didn’t have my baby hairs laid.

Let’s start with the shipping. I ordered my hair on Sunday and received on Wednesday. Cathy had the best communication by far from any Ali Express vendor. The curls on my bundles actually match my closure. I cowashed the bundles and not a tangle in sight and I got 3 hairs worth of shedding. The bundles are wet, but the 3rd is with the bundles and closure side by side. The closure is dry also. Will definitely but again.

So I ordered this hair sometime last month. So far so good. This hair is nice and soft I haven’t experienced any tangling I wet it finger comb through it with a little Argon oil and go about my way I like the fresh out the shower look lol. I will purchase again. You will not be disappointed.
