overall the transaction was okay… the hair arrived packaged well and had a light smell but nothing too intense…..before the hair is installed its very soft and pretty and bouncy. hair was true to length and bundles were a nice full size only used 2 1/2 for a basic sew in. only flaw about hair is that over time as days pass hair begins to look dry and brittle and starts to shed a bit. also this hair does tangle whether you curl or flat iron it or leave it in its natural state! overall not bad hair but for the price the quality matches the price…probly wouldn’t order this hair again.
