I ordered my hair, on Friday, received it on Tuesday and colored it jet black on Wednesday. The hair had a “permed” odor but left after shampoo. Hair took color very well. The hair is true to length and very soft. The frontal knots died in 10 mins and remained soft. No shedding, very satisfied. Customer service is excellent. Will post more pics after unit is completed.
