The hair is so so soft and I cannot stop running my hands through it. It seems pretty true to length I got a 20inch and it stops at like the end of my back. The hairs ends are thick and soft I was scared I might have a problem with them bc most of the time I have to trim the ends of hair but they seem perfectly fine. The seller was soooo good on communication and told me everything I needed to know and got back to me quick and I didn’t expect that. Overall good company and good hair!
