Only strange thing I noticed is that at the sew-in part of the bundles, there are some strange short hairs. I hope they won’t give a problem once they are installed. I got a lace front and 4 bundles. The seller shipped them fast. They got to my city in Canada in about 4 days. It was UPS that was terrible. They didn’t knock my door at all when they claimed to on 3 separate occasions. I never got notices from them or anything. Anyways, I ended up having to travel to a region 20 mins away to pick up the package from UPS customer centre. So watch out for them. Otherwise, I order from this company all the time and it’s some of the best quality hair you can get on here. With my recent bundles I did notice that the wefts weren’t as reinforced or thick, they were quite thin. But you still get a decent amount of hair. Still beautiful. Can’t wait to make another wig!

The first 2 weeks it was fine and I was loving the hair but then it started to feel extremely weird and dry and was shedding a bunch. Even though I deep conditioned the wig once every week it felt weird so I was THIS close to throwing it all out. But Instead I decided to put deep conditioner in it and put it in a ziplock bag and microwave it for about 60 seconds and then I put a heat protectant on it before flat ironing it and ever since then it’s been absolutely amazing. I will say it sheds a bunch but I continue to deep condition it with the ziplock/microwave method once a week and I only flat it once a week after it’s completely air dried. Besides the shedding it’s pretty great, it does tangle a little at the back of the neck every now and again but it’s nothing to crazy, you just have to run your fingers through it lightly and its fine. It’s been a steady 5 months now and this hair is still going hella strong. You wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s shedding a lot.

Hello all! I waited two weeks after installation to give a review because I wanted to give truly honest feedback. So for starters I do love this hair. I’d definitely buy it again. My only complaints are with this companies customer service. I had questions about shipping and they NEVER got back to me. The only time the messaged me is when they wanted a “five star review”. They never even answered my questions. But anyway, I washed this hair (which is s true test of quality) and the hair was still AMAZING. It does shed a lot. But all hair sheds, there is no such thing as shedless hair, but with that being said, this hair does shed excessively, Which makes the wefts that are already quite thin, a little worrisome. But the actually quality of the hair itself is superb.
