Hair arrived within 4 days I believe. Hair was soft, very little to no shedding. The hair had an odor but problem solved when hair shampooed and conditioned. I don’t wear hair this dark but was kind of scared to attempt to dye due to some of the reviews. I just had the hair installed this past weekend. I love the look it gives me.
