Excellent customer service very fast shipping I ordered my closure on Saturday or Sunday and received it in California today. I have not installed but the quality is so nice very smooth you were able to run your fingers through the hair with no snags and I even call watched it and I still had no problems with tangling or anything such as also the knots does not really need to be bleached, as you can see the part looks natural already as it is though I will still bleach and will install later and update my feedback

Not the hair; BUT, I MADE A WIG,MY KNOTS BLEACHED GREAT! Closure kept its pattern and the hair is still holding up after I dyed it dark plumish purple, curled it and straightened it.
