They kept in contact the whole time through both aliexpress and text. The customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time on on aliexpress. The hair doesn’t shed to much.The hair is really soft . It looks pretty natural,the wig is pre plucked really well. All in all I’m pretty happy so far.

Ordered hair on Saturday it arrived on Tuesday! Had to comb out the curls because they were too perfect for my style. I cut it to frame my face, bleached the knots and went back threw the hair line ( was not plucked enough for my liking). Overall love this wig really a great buy for the price!! It appears thin when you first take it out but you need to comb through and fluff the curls for the bigger hair look <3
