I purchased an 20″ and it was definitely 20″. I’ve only had it one day but LOVE it. The curls out of the box were gorgeous but I wanted to see how it straightened (it was perfect). This was taken today after sleeping on it (wrapped) and being in some drizzle. It’s super soft and 180% density. I still have to bleach and seal the knots but so far so good.
