Great communication and shipping was fast. Hair was a little matted but I the vendor shipped the item in a bag and warned me of this prior so I going to blame the packaging on the hair. The hair still combed out with minimal shedding and once I cowashed the hair curls came back. Good curl pattern and length. Product was still as described !!! Don’t be hesitant to purchase. My hair just came, and so far I like it and I’m excited to install. I bought 16inches it looks shorter because of the curls but it’s not tangled and I would def buy again.
