Q:How many bundles hair do I need?
Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20’’, 4-5 bundles will be recommended.
Q:Can the hair be colored or restyle?
Our hair are 100% virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached and recurled. But pls dont do that frequently,as it may harm the hair or even destroy it.
Q:Why Hair have dry/split ends sometime?
Dry Ends
Hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo & conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends
As we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN’T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18”
Q:Why the hair is shedding or tangle a little?
A few shedding is normal.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don’t cut the weft only if u feel it’s necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator’s hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo & conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!
Q:Why your hair is more expensive than other vendors?
When we talking about VIRGIN HAIR, means we use donator hair (hair are cut/purchased from donator directly instead of collecting from floor), with some clean work and high temperature steam process to make different textures. We never wash the hair in acid bath for making it soft, No any chemical process with. So the hair with cuticle aligned in same direction from top to end. Our hair proves to be reusable more than one year with proper care.

I’ve ordered from the New star Hair team 3 times. All three times I’ve been satisfied. I’ve only ordered Straight hair , Peruvian and Brazilian. I Like The Peruvian straight hair more than the Brazilian, just because I experienced shedding And tangling with the Brazilian hair. The Peruvian hair is amazing with minimal shedding and its so gorgeous it makes my heart beat fast. It doesn’t have a smell. I Have bleached all my bundles and They bleach well. They hold Color well and the texture doesn’t change. All My bundles have lasted about 8 months to a year. They’re all amazing for the most part but I would recommend Peruvian Over Brazilian . There are three pictures attached of some of the colors I’ve colored the same Bundles over a course of time.

I ordered the hair on Tuesday I had the hair on Thursday! That was awesome! The hair straight out the pack was really soft and smooth no shedding when I ran my fingers through. There are a couple of gray hairs in the bundle. The luster is just amazing !! Co-washed the hair and still feeling the same maybe even softer !! It was a lot longer than I expected. I ordered longer, thinking they would cheat you on hair like other dealers. But it came extra long in comparison. I would have ordered several inches shorter had I known. The quality seems very good, the best I’ve seen. It’s expensive, but worth it and my stylists says it will last a long time. We will see.. I will reorder from them, Very fast delivery btw. It only took two days to get to Los Angeles.
