Q:How many bundles hair do I need?
Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20’’, 4-5 bundles will be recommended.
Q:Can the hair be colored or restyle?
Our hair are 100% virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached and recurled. But pls dont do that frequently,as it may harm the hair or even destroy it.
Q:Why Hair have dry/split ends sometime?
Dry Ends
Hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo & conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends
As we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN’T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18”
Q:Why the hair is shedding or tangle a little?
A few shedding is normal.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don’t cut the weft only if u feel it’s necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator’s hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo & conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!
Q:Why your hair is more expensive than other vendors?
When we talking about VIRGIN HAIR, means we use donator hair (hair are cut/purchased from donator directly instead of collecting from floor), with some clean work and high temperature steam process to make different textures. We never wash the hair in acid bath for making it soft, No any chemical process with. So the hair with cuticle aligned in same direction from top to end. Our hair proves to be reusable more than one year with proper care.

The hair is really soft & holds a good curl!! There was no shedding or weird smell. Didn’t give 5 stars because of how the closure wasn’t full. If it had more hair on it it would be perfect!! There isn’t much hair on it that when u part it, u have to be careful where u lay the hairs so not to see the closures.

I bought this to make a wig. I will post a complete product later. I dyed it a copper color took the color well. It’s very soft. Love the wave pattern. I received it quickly. It’s not very dense but I love that so it will give a more natural look. Before I washed the three parts were easy to see now it look more like a free part. I will most definitely order this again.

Not exactly true to lenght only last tip strands of strenched hair reaches true length. Pictures below are for my 20inches. I got one 20, two 18, one 16 and one 14 closure. All had just last tips touch with bulk of hair atleast 2 inches short. The closure goes up to about 17imches even though I chose 14icnhes but the cap its stitched to his 5inches long so 17-5 is really about 12. Only thing is how many other brands actually are true to length?
