Step 1: Put the hair into the warm water and rinse it.
Step 2: Apply some shampoo and wash the hair. Remember use your fingers to comb the hair or use the wide-tooth comb to comb the hair.
Step 3: Rinse the shampoo well.
Step 4: Apply some conditioner on the hair and then conditions it about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Rinse the conditioner well and roll the hair with towel or old T-shirt to loose the water.

My only concern is that it didn’t hold curls for long. I got highest 2 good hours out of the curls. But The hair is extremelt soft and no shedding. Overall good hair. Before I get into the hair I just want to mentioned that the customer service was AMAZING. Lucy kept in contact with me the entire time, updating me on my package’s location before the post office did. Now, the hair is FANTASTIC!!!! It’s soft and manageable and legit looks like my hair. It has lots of bounce and movement to it as well. There’s no smell i literally took it out of the package and did a ponytail this morning. I only have one bundle on in the picture ( that’s how full this hair is). Although I just wore this hair today, I can tell it is really good hair. I’ve had kinky straight before and it didn’t feel this luxurious. Definitely ordering again and recommend you to as well! Thanks Ms Lynn!
