I received my hair within a couple days of ordering. So I was very pleased with that. Packaging was well intact and merchandise was perfect. I ordered two 20 inches and two 18 inches. Length were accurate and perfect for what I was looking for. I’m 5’5 and the 20 inch reaches the top of my bum. The tracks look nice and full although i’m glad I got 4 bundles cause I like fullness but 3 would have been okay as well. Hair smelt fresh not as if It was coming from so far and the color was as described “Natural”. I haven’t installed as of yet but super excited to see how it turns out. the items I received were exactly as described in the description. I got a 16 inch frontal 18, 20, 22 inch bundles that were true to length. the hair has a little bit of a smell which is to be expected. after running my fingers through the hair and combing it lightly there was no shedding. the hair is very soft and silky. I did not see any split ends. the frontal seems to be well constructed. I was a little upset the way the hair came in the mail. It was folded up 3 times and shoved in a priority envelope. it took almost 24 hours from the time my order was placed and verified for it to actually ship . As in they received my order but never actually dropped it off at the post office until the following evening . I ordered the hair Thursday night and received it Monday afternoon . I will update this post once I co wash it and let it air-dry. I will also add pictures of the install.
