I just received the wig today and I really do like it. The color is a natural black which I loved because another wig I bought from another company was too dark and looked unnatural. The only defect was that the lace on the front lifted and would not lay flat. I’m not sure if it is just because it is slightly too big on me but I do not have a tiny head I don’t think. The length is perfect and the density of the hair is not too thick and looks very natural. I washed it once after bleaching the knots in front and it is soft enough after straightening it. I like it a lot but it’s because I don’t mind the lace not laying straight as I can work with it.
