Hair is super duper soft and the wave is beautiful. Communication was also great. I had my knots bleached which made it look more natural. Good luck and I highly suggest you buy this product if you’re looking for this type of hair style.

Yessss I love this beauty! I ordered this wig (and another Luffy Brazilian curly wig) midnight of July 4th, it was scheduled to arrive on Monday, July 9th but got here Friday July 6. Extremely fast delivery!!!Very excited because I also ordered my caps to be in a large vs the default medium and was shocked it came so fast. Olivia responded to all of my inquiries before and after I ordered the wigs. Love love love the customer service and professionalism. Very natural and realistic preplucked hair line, won’t have to do much customizing at all. Also an extreme fan of the deep part capability, one of the reasons I choose Luffy wigs. Beautiful wigs! Highly recommend Luffy! I will upload some more pics once I wash and customize/install.
