I’m aaall about honest reviews and this is mine. I ordered the wig Aug. 15th and received it the 21st! Super pleased with the fast shipping, it originally wasn’t supposed to come for another 8 days, since it originally said 12-23 days (I live in Norway), but it came just in time for what I needed it for and I am super pleased. I had great communication with Molly the entire time, whatever questions I had she was there 24/7 to answer them and she was super kind and patient. The wig came in a plastic bag with no freebies, which I’m bummed about, but the hair was very soft, it looked exactly like in the pictures and didn’t shed when I ran my fingers through it. It smelled of nothing and had a very nice shine to it! I ordered the 18” and it is the perfect length for me, it comes right above my bra strap. I am 5”3. Great company, truly!! I’ve been purchasing lace wig for awhile now, is this one is by far the BEST one ever. I will continue to purchase from them, the hair is so soft, minimal shedding. When you wet it, the curls snap right back into place. Honey Queen was AMAZING the entire time. She answered right away, took pictures and even called me as well before shipping the order. Ordered this wig on August 15th and received it 4 days later! First look at this wig, I loved it! I conditioned the hair and the natural curls are beautiful! Below are pictures of after I put leave in conditioner and just let it dry naturally. During the wash there was some light shedding, nothing out of the ordinary, and nothing to complain about. Other than that there has been no shedding. The hair is so soft! I have been getting compliments left and right. Communication was amazing as well. Molly you are the best. I had to bleach the knots because my lace looked a little greenish white, but once I bleached the knot it’s good to go! I also did some more plucking to the hairline to my liking. I received my unit very fast, I was pleasantly surprised. I like that it fits snug, but not to tight as to give me a headache. The hair is soft and the curls are loose. I like the pre-plucked front and baby hairs. It makes the wig look natural. I can’t speak on the wearability of the wig or if there are any shedding issues since I have not worn it yet. But I am pleased with the wig at this point. Oh yes, the knots are dyed and do not need to be redyed. I received an elastic band to use if needed and a package of wig caps. I don’t usually leave reviews for things but after researching countless vendors and reading hundreds of reviews I wouldn’t feel right not leaving a review and helping someone else make the decision to purchase. The hair is AMAZING and the buying experience was excellent. Carey was my customer service rep and she kept me informed every step of the way. I ordered on Saturday, my order shipped on Tuesday and I received the hair on Thursday. The hair quality is amazing. Minimal shedding only when combing through it (I had none when combing my fingers through it). The hair didn’t have a smell and was clean. It’s incredibly versatile but not as high maintenance as curly hair. I literally can just use water and conditioner to comb it out and wear wet and wavy and the hair dries into it’s lovely hair pattern so I don’t have to do much to it.
