I ordered 1 fourteen inch closure and it was super soft. ! I ran my fingers through it and a few strands of hair fell out. ! There is a very light smell to it, but perhaps that is because of the plastic they were packaged in. This company had excellent customer service. I ordered my hair on a Friday and it came within four days (2 business days) of ordering! I am very excited to get it installed & I will post an updated review shortly. Attached is a picture which also includes the bundles I ordered.

Ok so for my first impression of this hair, it’s beautiful y’all. I can’t even lie. It’s sooooo soft. I literally ran my fingers through it 100 times because it was so soft. No shedding on the bundles or the closure. Didn’t have a bad smell to it like some hair I’ve purchased before. The closure was soft as well, had some fly aways in there but I don’t mind, that’s what flatirons are for. I ordered the hair on Wednesday and got it the next Wednesday so I was a little sad it took so long, I was just anxious to get it. Orders 2x24s 1×22 and an 18 inch closure. I will leave additional feedback and pics once it’s installed!
