This is my first time ordering from this supplier and I am very satisfied with everything. I received my package in two days and I accidentally put the wrong address. The sellers customer service is amazing they got back to me right away and helped me change my address. Now for the actual hair I love it, it had no smell and the bundles and wefts are of good quality. The only problem I have is the longer bundles are not as thick as I would like so I will be ordering another 18″ bundle because I like my hair full. Overall great experience, Hair has been good to me , I colored it and made it into a unit. Frontal preplucked but my hair line is a bit different so I had to tweak it, I cut it into a blunt cut bob, no shedding from coloring, Hair went back to normal texture , straightens well and holds a good curl also . I did end of getting the hair wet while in the shower and experienced a little shedding from brushing the it. This could have been an error on my part for not noticing it right away.
