I got a 20″ full lace wig. It is so soft and beautiful. I cowashed it but haven’t installed yet. They have WONDERFUL customer service. I ordered the 12 inch wig on 5/31 and had it in Virginia by 6/2! Super fast. Nana was amazing! As soon as I ordered she was already communicating with me. Even with the national holiday over the 5/29 weekend over in China, I had my wig so fast! When I got it it had a slight smell. After cowashing and conditioning, smell wasn’t too bad. The only con I have is that the combs are placed rather close and towards the middle of the cap. If the combs were a little closer to the edges of the wig, the front lace would lay down better. Over the ears it looks baggy since the combs aren’t near the edge of the lace. Otherwise great product! Also the medium cap was very tight on my head, that may be why I am having the problem with the lace in the front. Just add water to the wig in the morning and it’s back to poppin!!! Thank you, Nana!

I saw all the great reviews, and thought why not? This is my first time buying a nice wig, and I plan on using it for the semester. I saw how expensive they could be and hoped I wasn’t compromising quality with a lower price. WOW! This wig is amazing! Sooooooo soft and comes with an elastic band if you want to sew one in. For me, the clips and the band in the back with some bobby pins are enough. Anyways, the wig had sooooo little shedding and was beautiful. When you order it you do not have many options but the customer service representative will contact you and confirm things like cap size and color and then will give you follow up care. I think it is very nice for the money but it can be easily damaged so be aware that chemicals on the lace will cause shedding so do not bleach the knots.

It’s at least a 1B, The reason my hair color is different is because I dyed it. I got 14 inches but it was a little long, so I cut it…a lot.
