UPS totally messed up my experience when trying to get this hair. They wouldn’t deliver to my PO Box, then searched public records for my address and delivered it to an address I hadn’t lived at for 4yrs. I went back and forth with UPS for two weeks! I literally got so frustrated that I just told them to send it back to the seller. This seller then reached out to me when she found out what happened and went above and beyond to make sure that they delivered my package to the right address this time. I will definitely order from this seller again because her customer service alone is 5-Star! I recommend this seller, not to mention the hair is absolutely beautiful!!! Love Love Love this hair! I ordered two 16inches when it was the $5 bundle sale. Hair is soft true to length and full. I made the two bundles into a u-part wig and lifted it with 30 vol. developer. Still soft no shedding at all. I wouldn’t mind paying full price. It’s wavy due to me braiding it up.

I ordered this hair about a month ago. It only took 6 days to make it to me. The hair was soft with no smell and very bouncy when I received it. I washed and conditioned it with sally’s generic products(Paul Mitchell lavender mint) and sprayed a little sally’s generic products (it’s a 10 leave in conditioner) if you don’t get this hair you are slipping in your life!!!!

However, I washed the hair and soaked it in conditioner for a while and after drying the hair appeared to thicken. I would definetly recommend this hair, so far it is good quality at an affordable price!
