Q1: Why my hair extension getting tangled?
1. Your hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine, and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
2. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q2: Why are my hair getting shedding?
1. Do not use comb to brush the curly hair, just running with your fingers gently; use wide-tooth for straight or body wave style.
2. After wash pls nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silk and soft.
Q3: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs, pls don’t exceed 150C, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often, and pls don’t do it too frequently, or the hair will easily get dry and tangled.
Q4: What type of hair care products should I use?
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner, conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioner.
2. Can use products like gel and and hair spray to keep the curl in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for long time.
Q5: Is there any custom tax?
A: Usually we will put low price in the invoice to avoid custom tax, but due to different policy in the different countries, there might be some custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer, you could leave a message when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Reliable seller, I buy from ice all the time. They even give me free sewing caps which is lovely. The frontal is good especially for the price. I have an 18 frontal, 14,16,18 bundles. I didn’t use all the 14 so it’s 2.5 bundles used. Nice and sleek. I haven’t straightened it yet, the picture is a week old and it’s still sleek. I should mention I have 4c tough natural hair but the frontal gives the illusion that I have hair out, but there is no hair left out! I did not bleach the knots, I used foundation and I plucked the hairline. Like I said before I have used them many times before, this is just an addition to my collection. My hair usually lasts 7 months before it starts looking worn out- mostly because I don’t give it the TLC it deserves! I could revive them but for Little costs I prefer to just buy another. Delivery takes 4-5 days to the UK. No smell no shredding. Love it. X
