I brought this product at the beginning of November, it is now 21 November. I waited this long despite getting constant emails from the supplier offering $5 to give 5 star rating. I noted that all customers that buy the product rant about the hair when it is fresh, just arrived, soft, lovely etc. Well the delivery time is 5 star, fast reliable service, I was extremely happy and surprised. Thank you for that. The quality is ok when it is new, it then started to tangle a bit. it shreds a great deal which is annoying as I have hair everywhere. The hair itself is the right texture, but the combs are in the wrong place. I think there should be 2 combs at the back as the wigs slips off. I am still trying to find the baby hairs as they are matted and not visible. Overall you get what you pay for.
