I ordered during the 11.11 sale my hair hair arrived in about 4 days . My very first impression was that it was well constructed and the hair looked and felt nice . I bleached the knots and used clarifying and toning shampoo then I deep conditioned it . Now when I did that there was some brown water coming from the hair and there was shedding . Once it dried up it was nice soft and silky . The only complaints that I have so far is that it tangles very easily at the nape area .

I asked one of the store helper’s a lot of questions before i purchased it and she was very helpful in answering my questions. I customised the wig so I got 180% with a small wig cap and they were very prompt about completing the order and shipping it to me., customisation took about 6/7 days. The hair arrived well packaged and there was no weird smell. It is very soft with a gentle wave pattern and a good amount of volume. The baby hairs are nice but i customised it a bit to make it look more natural. I wish the knots were bleached. I’m not sure it’s consistently 20 inches throughout, i thought it would be a bit longer. I will update this review in about a month about how the hair is holding up and see how much it sheds.
