Communication and shipping was fantastic. After using the hair for a month I can confirm the Quality of hair is good and easy to manage, tangles are very easily removed considering this is very curly long hair. Very soft and texture true to description. Shedding is in-excessive as I’d expected. I wouldn’t say the hair is 250% density as described as I had to really finger comb this to get anywhere near my usual 180% density which I usually get from other sellers. Personally that was disappointing. I’d order again if the seller takes this in consideration.

However I washed it (I was so scared I would ruin it!) with no problems and the curls were so soft and amazing and the shedding decreased significantly! It’s almost negligible. The curl pattern is even better after wishing it.The hair looks extremely natural as you can tell.the hair line did come pre plucked but I did go back and do a little more plucking to make the frontal move to my liking.the lace looks realistic on scalp and I love it so far,and the wig comes with 4 combs and adjustable straps with lots of baby hair,I did have to add another elastic band to the wig to make it fit better for me since I do have a smaller head cup but it’s no biggie.Very little shedding and can be detangled easily with water and conditioner.I also had some questions that I asked the owner about and she helped me good! I wish they had different size caps though because the head cap is too big. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 isn’t because of the quality of hair. Its because of the customer service. Estelle is great and very prompt but goes way over board with calling and texting. Time zones are opposite and she should be more considerate when calling and texting late at night. Great communication! Seller messaged me in-app & via whatsapp with updates as soon as I placed my order. I ordered on 03-30, item shipped on 04-03 & it arrived in the afternoon on 04-05. The hair is really soft and closer to black than dark brown. Extra lace all around the parameter of the unit. True to density; looked thin out of the package but became very full once fluffed. True to length; I’m 5’3 & it hits right above my hip streached. This is my first curly unit & my first full lace wig so I don’t really know how much shedding to expect from either. Shampooed, conditioned & fluffed or separated the curls using fingers & a wide toothed comb. It did shed quit a bit more than my kinky straight lace front unit. Will look into getting a knot sealing solution to help preserve the hair!
