The seller was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. The hair arrived and smelled slightly odd, but i think that was because if the packaging. Bundles were thick and great quality. Very soft hair. Some of THE best hair ive ever had. I’ve had it installed about 2 weeks at this point and its held up great despite me not being super careful with it. Minimal tangles that finger combing will fix. I ordered Virgin Brazilian loose wave As soon as I received the hair it had no smell. I washed and deep conditioned the hair as I always do when receiving new hair as well as apply organ oil.
