Q:How many bundles hair do I need?
Usually, 3-4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20’’, 4-5 bundles will be recommended.
Q:Can the hair be colored or restyle?
Our hair are 100% virgin human hair can be dyed, bleached and recurled. But pls dont do that frequently,as it may harm the hair or even destroy it.
Q:Why Hair have dry/split ends sometime?
Dry Ends
Hair after high temperature steam processed will be a little dry. Please follow our hair care instruction, we have recommend shampoo & conditioner. Those Brand proof to be work well on our hair and do great moisture treatment!
Split Ends
As we all know for virgin hair grow from human scalp, the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. Our sourcing department will pick out the badly damaged ends raw hair, but few splits ends CAN’T be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18” .
Q:Why the hair is shedding or tangle a little?
A few shedding is normal.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & CUTTING AREA. Don’t cut the weft only if u feel it’s necessary. Our hair is cuticle intact donator’s hair, usually not tangle. But dryness will lead to tangle and shedding, please follow our hair care instruction and use our recommended shampoo & conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week! Sulfate/alcohol involved products will leads to dry and frizzy, please notice that in advance!
Q:Why your hair is more expensive than other vendors?
When we talking about VIRGIN HAIR, means we use donator hair (hair are cut/purchased from donator directly instead of collecting from floor), with some clean work and high temperature steam process to make different textures. We never wash the hair in acid bath for making it soft, No any chemical process with. So the hair with cuticle aligned in same direction from top to end. Our hair proves to be reusable more than one year with proper care.

I placed my order on August 3rd Thursday and I received it the following Tuesday on the 8th. The bundles were slightly thin not as thick as I expected but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me because you get 3 bundles. My first observation was how soft and shiny the hair was and it still is. The packaging could have been better because I ordered the Brazilian curly from them and it was great packaging. The last 2 pictures are from the 15th and the hair is still maintaining. Ok so i got the hair very fast. Ordered saturday and it was her tuesday. I got 4 bundle 16,18,20,22. I died the hair black and its still nice and soft and shiny. I accidentally dropped my 18 down the garbage disposal and it got tangled. I then just deep conditioned it and its right back to how it was. It is not shedding either! Best hair ever.

But anyway I ordered x2 14” bundles, x1 10” bundle (which I didn’t use) and a 10” closure. The hair came really quickly less than 5days to come. It bleached really quickly and takes dye really well.
