Okay so I ordered the hair on August 14th and received it the 18th so the delivery was very quick ! The seller kept in contact with me through the whole process! Moral of the story I love this hair it’s amazing it’s so soft and true to length this curl pattern is definitely not super tight but not loose it’s perfect! I definitely recommend purchasing this hair. It can always be a hit or miss with hair on Ali but this is a hit so far. I asked the vendor for color #2 which their #2 was more like a #4 but all I had to do was put a dark brown rinse and it turned out nice. Hair smelled normal. And looks great!
