How do i know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. it is easy to tell by burning and smell: when it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

I paid the order yesterday, why the vendor has not sent the goods?
The payment is held by Escow rather than the vendor. it takes up to 24 hours for Aliexpress to verify the payment. After verification, the vendor will process your order and ship it out within 24 hours.

Can it be dyed or curled?
Human hair could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’t exceed 150oC, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.

Why have the grey hair?
All human hair is unavoidable to have a few strands of gray hair on it because of the donor’s health condition. You would never find gray hair in any of the fake hair products. If you really don’t like it, just take it off the bundle.Thanks for your understanding!
Q10: Did the hair keep pattern well after wash?
Except body wave do not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave “loose texture” is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair, that’s why after wash it turns to natural wavy or natural straight. Other than that this is really quality human hair can dyed to any color, curl and wand beautifully!
Q11: What type of hair care products should I use?
Co-wash the hair before install is NECESSARY!!! And make sure u co-wash the hair once a week at least, treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products as we mentioned in the hair care instruction. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, let the condition sits on the hair 5~10mins then rinse it. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.
Q12: What kind of dying products should i use?
Recommend REVLON COLORSILK DYE or other SALON PRO level dying and bleaching products. Deep condition the hair after dye & bleach is very necessary! It will protect the hair being dry. And also, time control is very important, please follow ur product instruction and control the processing time properly. Lower quality dye products will damage the hair badly.
Q13: Will this hair hold curls well?
Yes. Our hair can hold curls beautifullly, we have some tips as bellow:
>>Find correct temperature for hair curling. We will suggest you raise the temperature little by little to test it out.
>>Time control is very important, we will suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8-10 seconds with proper temperature.
>>Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day.
Q14: What’s the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?
We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree. Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control.

The frontal came super fast . I order on Saturday received it on Tuesday . . It colored extremely well. The only problem I encountered was the parting . If you want to try different partings be prepared to constantly pluck in order for the part to look natural . Even tho the heading says “pre plucked lace frontal” The hair is very thick so I had to pluck anyway , which took me quite a while , I’m still plucking to my likings a week later. It didn’t really come with baby hairs I had to make my own but overall the hair was amazing and I would recommend.

Hands down the best hair I’ve ever purchased. It’s affordable, arrived fast, and so soft and silky! I ordered 6 bundles of 16” and 2 16” frontals. I had an issue with my order where I entered the wrong address and the customer service I received was on point and they responded really quickly. The bundles are pretty long and thick. I constructed a wig and I used almost 2 bundles for a full look. The frontal is also pretty full and came pre plucked, as you can see, but I wanted to thin the hairline a bit more so I plucked it a bit more myself.
