I haven’t installed the hair yet , but I will be doing so very soon. The shipping and customer service for the company is excellent. I purchased my hair on a Monday night and received it on a Wednesday morning. The hair itself is extremely soft . There is a slight odor to it but can be removed with a simple wash. The bundles are true to size . I ordered a 12 inch closure and 20 ,22,24 inches. I’m 5’1 and it hits almost to middle of my back. I received a package of eyelashes along with my order which was a nice complimentary gift. I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos on this vendor and from the reviews there I’m hoping once I install the hair my experience will be the same. Overall , so far I’m a satisfied customer.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Beauty Forever. The initial delivery was very fast, but I was not home so it was returned to Fedex. The supplier personally texted me and provided me with all the information needed to locate my package. Beauty Forever stayed in constant communication until my package was picked up!!
