Q1.Is the human hair ?
Yes ! The hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned ,no acid bath ,natural unprocessed . It is 100% real human hair ,can be dyed ,bleached , also can be curled , straightened .
Q2.Will the hair shedding or tangle ?
No ! The hair is double weft weaving can avoid shedding . And as cuticle aligned with make it not easy tangle . It could last at least 6 months , also more than one years if you take care it well .
Q3.Why the hair have some grey Hair ?
As virgin hair , we keep its original state . We will pick out the grey hair before packing , but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundles .
Q4.How many bundles enough for a head ?
Always three bundle is enough for a standard head but it should according your head size .We suggest you to add more one or two bundles if you want it very full or when you choose the longer length over 18 inch .
Q5.How often can I wash my Hair?
You Can wash your hair as often as you like. I suggest you cleanse the hair 2+ once a week with sulfate free products to keep the hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to use products designed to detangle and moisturize, smooth, shine and protect against split ends.
Q6.Is there any customs tax / charge ?
Usually we will put low amount on your invoice ( waybill) to help you to avoid custom tax but due to different policy in different countries ( especially South African , Germany, Zambia and so on ), which easy happen the custom tax / charge . So please let us know how much do you want us to write on your invoice will be more better for you to get the package before we ship it out .
