Unfortunately i will be giving Alicrown a 4 star this time..i have so far bought 3 wigs from this company and the first 2 were nice but this ombre is unfortunately way below standard. You should check your quality before sending to customers. Offering a refund after the fact doesn’t cut it. Because when i send it back i lose the shipping and TIME. The hair isn’t as soft as expected, doesn’t feel like remy. The knots came unbleached and it was not pre-plucked despite my message about that. I paid extra $25 in order to get 150% density and what i got feels like 130%. The seller has offered a refund of the extra i paid.
