The bundle you’ll see in the picture is my 20 inch bundle out the package and after I ran my fingers through. Frontal does come pre plucked with baby hairs but you can customize to your liking but still very soft and dense. All the hair was soft actually, although I did notice the hair is very full until about halfway and does get thinner but it’s not a problem for me since I ordered 4 bundles and a frontal. This hair is very soft! I’m pleased with it, for the price. It has a smell when you first receive it, but a quick co-wash will take it out of course. Also, the hair is more so a reddish tint when the sunlight hits. It’s very pretty though. The vendor stayed in touch throughout the whole process. This entire process was great‼️ I’m highly satisfied with my order, it took my hair 2 days to come in, the seller (Lisa) was very helpful & any question I asked she answered plus more. I got 3 bundles (22, 22, & 24) and the hair feels like butter, it’s very soft & the pattern is just as advertised. Now I would advise anyone to cowash the hair because it does have a slight smell. I ran my hand through each bundle & did receive about 2/3 strands of hair from each. ALL hair sheds please understand that, but as long as it stay at a minimum it & doesn’t become excessive then you won’t have any problems. I give the whole experience a 8/10 ONLY because I haven’t installed the hair yet
