The communication with the seller was great, they kept me up to date with the shipment and tips on how to care for the hair. The negative thing I have to say is that when I opened the package it had a strong smell of something so I am going to wash all the hairs before I use them to make a unit. But other than that everything seems to be fine with them.

I ordered a 14inch frontal & 18,22,26 bundles and the quality is excellent. I’m telling you if you see any reviews with tangled hair it has to have been something they did themselves or a cheap product they added to the hair. My stylist sells hair and was even amazed by the quality . I did get a little shedding before installing but after a co-wash it was perfect I didn’t seal or cut the wefts. It holds a curl beautifully and will update more after I put my flexing rods in and come back after two weeks. I have not dyed due to I want this hair as natural and raw as possible. Excellent customer service, they even contact you before shipping to make sure address is correct. I order my hair over the holidays and it still got here in three days and they shipped it out within 24hours. They are thick and full and longer than expected

The only problem I had was that UPS shipped it instead of FedEx, usually it’s FedEx that ships it. I prefer FedEx because they allow you to leave your signature on the door opposed to UPS that you have to be present and sign right there.
