When I received the product it had a slight smell nothing too bad but the hair was so soft. The closure was full and had no shedding or tangles. I ordered 18,20,22,24 and a 16 inch closure the hair is soft and amazing shipping was very fast came in about four days because I ordered over the weekend but overall it is beautiful. The packaging had a funky smell like raw shrimp but the hair didn’t smell but I’m still going to wash it…I will be posting again in a month to update the hair but I’m very happy can’t wait to make my unit
