Abby has exhilirating customer service skills that makes purchasing her product even more comforting! I ordered my hair (Loose Wave 14,16,18) and received it 4days later. Abby communicated with me and assured me that I would receive my hair by the date I needed it by and I was at ease knowing she would stay in contact throughout the entire process. I was notified of my package status regularly. I will come back with a review of the hair once it is installed for a week! Oh and by the way, the hair after being cowashed did not have any chemicals running off of it and it was soft upon arrival and also soft after the wash!
