Ordered the hair Monday afternoon around 6 and received it Friday at 12 I the afternoon . Hair came packaged in a lil plastic bag with hair nets for each bundle and one small flexi rod per bundle . Hair has a smell nothing too major you can install without washing that’s how minimum the smell is but I washed mine . Hair is true to length . Hair is also very very soft I ran my fingers through it and about 3 strands of hair was on my hand that’s about it so shedding is minor . I also dyed the hair and it’s amazinggg best hair I’ve ever got from ali express it takes color and is still amazingly soft . It’s also true to length my hair is to my butt and I got 18-24 inches . 4 bundles . Must buy !! And after I dyed and washed it the smell was gone . Customer service is amazing as well .

This hair is definitely worth 5 Stars. Hair is very soft, I love the colour, when you receive the hair it have more of blonde colour than orange in pic, but hair works really well with my Brazilian/Dominican products, no tangling, hair lasted through my vacay, and customer was so so nice. However sheads a lot so make sure you have broom 😀 Will definitely buy again!
