The service I received from the seller was second to none. They contacted me to ensure I received the product and to make sure I was satisfied with it. I’ve had it for nearly a month now and it’s the best wig I’ve owned. The hair does require some customisation and the knots still require bleaching. I would’ve given it 5 stars if the knots were properly bleached. It’s a great fit for someone with a large(ish) head. I will definitely purchase from them again. Saying all this, I’m yet to wash it and should the quality change after a few washes, I reserve the right to post further feedback on my experience with the hair post wash. But for now, I’m very pleased.

I honestly wish I could give 6 stars because I am S H O OK. I ordered the hair last week and within a few days it was here like that didn’t take long at all. The communication was SUPERB and so helpful! I am very happy about my hair … The parting is realistic and the pre plucked hairline is good, It did not have a smell when i received it .It is the best lace front I ever had, the hair is very soft and beautiful its exactly what i expected , I am absolutely in love with this natural hair line. I took a close up so you can really see how natural this look! No make up or filters used. I would suggest Wigrip as well, wig has not shifted or moved all day! its definitely worth the price. I would buy from this seller again… I am very pleased and would purchase from this seller again.

This is my 2nd wig from Rosa Queen and I do love it. It is soft, true to length and after a week I’ve had no issues with tangling. it is 180% density so it’s full. there is good parting space and the frontal is full. the lace is a good colour so there was no need to bleach just a bit of foundation was good enough for me. It’s just minimal shed which is very normal even than our own hair. Delivery to the US was less than a week and so far I am very happy with wig and will be ordering more. I will do leave additional feedback in a few weeks after more wear and washes.
