I really love this hair. I was skeptic about ordering but I spoke with Nancy and she was really helpful. She’s sent me a pic of the hair I wanted and she also sent me a pic of my wig unit before it shipped. She was informative. She told me it would take 5 days to make the wig and 3-5 days to receive it. It shipped on Friday and I received it Monday morning. I love the curls of the hair. It’s soft and i haven’t seen any shedding yet. After washing it… the curls got a little bit looser mostly at the front but a little braid would fix that. But I’d definitely order again.

Hair looks exactly as pictured. I bleached my hair and it was still very soft to the touch. The hair is a very wavy pattern, and if you finger comb or tease it you can get a fuller look. For me personally I love volume in my hair and if you do you should get a bigger density. Only problem with the hair is after I wore it the back on the inside became little tangled. But, unlike synthetic hair i was able to brush it out, and was the hair and it looked brand new. Sally was amazing! She made sure i received my hair, and that i liked it, she stayed up to date with me till this day making sure my hair is great.

I ordered a 14 inches wig and I am very satisfied with the order! The hair feels SO SOFT! I’ve received many compliments! I’ve washed the hair 2-3 times already and I have no issues with tangling or matting. The curls pop back immediately! There were a few gray and brownish hairs which I plucked out. I also bleached the knots and I will go back and add a few more baby hairs later. I had no issues with how the hairline was plucked. The wig fit my head nicely, it is a little big by the ears but I used “got2be” gel to hold it down. The wig comes with an elastic band, which you can sew on to help. The seller also asks for you wig cap size! Communication with Sally (the seller) was excellent! She sent me a picture of the hair prior to shipment. And she continued to message me every step of the way and even after the package was delivered! Shipping was very fast! I received the hair in 3 days! I will update my review after a few weeks.

I have had this piece for 3 weeks now and it is still very pretty but it is shedding quite a bit now. The curl and wave pattern is holding up quite nicely. I have washed this unit twice and it has gotten a little tangled but I feel that is because I really didn’t know what products work best with this unit. I braid it up every night and it spray it with water and put on mousse every morning. If I could keep the tangling under control, I would have given it 5 stars. This is my first time ordering a wig from CARA and so far I am pretty impressed with the quality of the hair. I’ve have been wearing wigs for around 10 years and have spent upwards of a $1,000 on a unit. I paid $150 for this 16 inch unit and it’s pretty comparable to higher end wigs. The differences are quite minor: 1) The lace does not lay flat along the hairline even after installing an elastic band in the back. This isn’t an issue for me since I use Got 2B gel to secure my wig. 2) I am having difficulty bleaching the knots. I used Clairol BW2 and left it in for 20 minutes but only a few hairs around the perimeter actually took. Not an issue when wearing a flesh-toned stocking cap. 3) There is some shedding, but then again… curly hair units are prone to shedding. In summary: I will be ordering wigs from CARA again! I love the hair and the customer service was awesome! I ordered my wig on a Saturday and it was delivered that Tuesday! ☺

My unit came in a day earlier than expected…yay! Customer service from Sonia was professional, efficient and very friendly and she answered all my questions promptly. So the package came with a wig cap, a band and the unit in a sturdy box, I like that is was in a box so there was no damage in transit. Now as for the wig, I’m in absolute love, the curls are soft and pretty, the 180 density and 18 inch length are very accurate. As for the lace, it’s very soft and natural. The hair-line also mimics a natural hair-line and seems like it’s already pre-plucked…yay again! I plan on wearing my hair dry like the model has hers so I can channel my inner Diana Ross lol. I find that the wet look takes away the shape and volume. Once I install my unit I will definitely be posting pictures! In the meantime buy it ladies, you’ll love it!

I ordered a wig and to my surprise I was contacted immidiately through whatsapp. All details of exactly what I wanted was confirmed. I was kept informed at all times about the delievery of my wig. The texture of the wig is beautiful. It was soft, very smooth and fitted like a glove I was impressed! Unfortunately the lace colour was to light for me.They understood my issue and gave me a return to sender address. I have sent back the wig not for a refund but for an exchange and will gladly wait the 60 days for the wig to be made to my liking. They are still keeping incontact with me now. They have been so accommodating and for that very reason I will continue to buy from them. The custom of this company is flawless and I cannot fault them !!

Wowww! This hair is amazing. it looks so much better than i imagined, so natural! the curls are superrrrrr soft and the frontal goes quite far back, the frontal is also pre-plucked really nice, i barely had to pluck.Like I can run my fingers (with my long acrylics) and they dont get caught or snag. Its just a natural length to have. I am in love with this hair and so is everyone else thats seen me wear it! I highly recommend. I had this hair for a few days. Slept in it, showered in it. HAIR IS FULL! It’s not heavy to wear, but heavy when wet. When i use finger to finger the hair there hasn’t any shedding hair. Hair surprisingly don’t tangle as much, but of course because it is dyed I need to use conditioner products in it to keep hair tangle free. You can tell it’s real human hair because the front lightened a lot faster than the back and it turned out beautifully and even with natural highlights. I combed through this hair (with a wide toothed comb). Really good customer service, they respond really quick. will definitely purchase another. The hair arrived fast within 3 working days.

I searched for days looking for a deep wave wig before I came across this one. This is a beautiful wig for the price. When i received it, that is the certainly deep wave I was looking for the texture. Also the actual wig cap itself is comfortable, and the knots are bleached very well, no shedding, combed several times, no tangle. It is true to its length and although I washed it, it did not have a bad smell when I got it. I wear the wig everyday when I on vacation and it’s still so fresh. The curls are beautiful after washing or just wetting and brushing out. The shipping was very fast. I ordered it on Tuesday and received it on Friday. I surely and 100% recommend this store. This is so amazing wig what i bought from CARA store!!! Shipping was extremely fast! Only take about 3 days to arrival! The texture of the hair is unbelievably soft and does not have any processing smell. The curl pattern is amazing, beautifully made and quality constructed. I comb that with my hands there hasn’t any shedding or tangle like other comment show, I think who said the hair shedding or tangle they certainly use the fine tooth combing to comb that. For the lace of the wig is all around the head, all the baby hair around, when i put ponytail that is so natural! And that is bleached knots and pre plucked, so the hairline is very suitable with myself! I have tried to dye the hair color.Bleached and took color well. This is my second purchase from this vendor and I just received my package and I’m so excited! It took only four days. So far I love the softness of the hair and the lace seems to be already tinted the only thing I have to do is bleach the knots.
