Upon receiving the product I didn’t have a chance to prewash it before I made my wig cap. The unit was fuller near the root and thinned out as it got to the 6-10 inch length which I thought was odd as I’d prefer to thin out my cap to my specs. In all it’s doing well. I washed the unit and it didn’t mat up or anything. Don’t put product on it as it is absolutely gorgeous in its natural state and flows beautifully. The unit was delivered within 5-7 business days which was perfect timing for my trip.
