Hair arrived in a few days without any issues. I ordered two 20″ and one 18″. The hair is soft and I did not detect any offensive smells just hair in plastic type smell that was not strong at all. The 18″ is generous in length. The ends appear to be a bit dry but they are soft once I cowash the bundles I will check them again. Overall I am pleased with the service, price and the hair. I am looking forward to preparing the bundles and getting them installed in a little over a week. I will update my review once I get my hair done. Thanks VIP!
