I’ve ordered 3 bundles 10” 12” and 14”, I have received 2 12” and 1 14”. The 10” been mistaken for the 12”. I suggest seller should always double check before sending over. The delivery was with Frdex, rubbish coz I could have my parcel 3 days after order, they kept messing about never rang the bell, had to complain to their head office and I end up having my parcel thrown in the middle of the hallway of our flats. The seller should also take in consideration the delivery company as Frdex isn’t showing any professionalism. The hair looks a little darker than on pictures. I have put the hair on yet. Will review again after washing. Overall, great communication with the seller and happy with my purchase.
